How accurate is Ordalis on my documents?
Ordalis publishes per-document-class benchmarks — 96.5% overall field-level F1 and 98.9% required-fields F1 across published classes (see /benchmarks) — and surfaces a per-field calibrated confidence score on every extraction so you can branch by field rather than by document.
How do I get started?
Sign up for the Free tier — 250 extractions per month, no credit card. Drop a PDF into the demo, or POST a file to /v1/convert with an Idempotency-Key. Read the API docs for SDKs (Node, Python).
What happens when Ordalis isn't sure?
Low-confidence fields land in the built-in review queue with the source page rendered side-by-side. A reviewer edits, confirms, and the change is logged with a chain-hash so the export trail is auditor-ready.
What about security and compliance?
SOC 2 Type II is planned — controls aligned to SOC 2 today. HIPAA BAA: auto-eligible on Firm and Enterprise; available on Starter and Team after sales counter-signing. Not available on Free. GDPR / UK GDPR DPA standard, CCPA / CPRA supported. Customer files are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Workers AI does not train on customer prompts; BAA-scope workspaces route through the zero-retention AI Gateway.
